We believe in our products however, if you’ve had a change of heart or simply not satisfied with our Notenclutches, you may request a refund within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.
To request a return, email us at email@example.com include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fee for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable.
If your item arrives broken or defective a replacement will be sent to you immediately. Simply send us a message via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery date.
Include your IJORERE Noteclutch order number in the email subject line, photo and/or video documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of you.
REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
Unfortunately, once an item as been personalized, we cannot accept a return, however, if there is defeat we’ll extend a replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN?
All returns, except for defective or damaged items, must be visibly unused and have original tags to be eligible for a return. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To send your item(s) back, place them into a shipping box/bag, include your IJORERE Notenclutch order number, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund and ship to:
