Q. How do you pronounce IJORERE?
A. It’s easy! Ijorere has 4 syllables & is pronounced ‘e-jaw-ray-ray’. Say it again “E-Jaw-Ray-Ray”.
Q. What sort of printing options are available?
A. Ijorere provides; Foil printing, Laser cutting, Letterpress, embossing, offset, digital flat prints, and engraving options.
Q. Running out of time?
A. An additional 40% of the total balance on your order is applicable to bump your order in front of the press queue line.
Q. How do you ship?
A. Typically all shipments are sent via FedEx ground to ensure you receive your suites in perfect condition.
Q. Changes, Cancellations & Returns policies?
A. We pride ourselves in creating high-end and high-quality suites, custom-made to your specifications. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on an approved or already printed/created or made item(s)/suite(s). A contract will be provided to you at the time of ALL custom orders. Once again, there are no refunds on custom orders and ready to order suites. However, should you have a change of heart, orders canceled anytime before final electronic proof approval will be processed for a 50% cancellation fee. Kindly allow 30-45 days to process your refund.
We believe in our products, however, if you’ve had a change of heart or simply not satisfied with our Notenclutches, you may request a refund within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund in the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs.
To request a return, email us at email@example.com include your order number in the email subject line and a brief message for the reason you are requesting a return. Please note that the shipping fee for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders, are non-refundable.
If your item arrives broken or defective a replacement will be sent to you immediately. Simply send us a message via email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the delivery date.
Include your IJORERE Noteclutch order number in the email subject line, photo and/or video documentation of any reported damage or defect, and we’ll take care of you.
REFUNDS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
Unfortunately, once an item has been personalized, we cannot accept a return, however, if there is a defect we’ll extend a replacement.
HOW DO I RETURN?
All returns, except for defective or damaged items, must be visibly unused and have original tags to be eligible for a return. Please note you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To send your item(s) back, place them into a shipping box/bag, include your IJORERE Notenclutch order number, a brief message for the reason you are requesting a refund and ship to:

Please choose your own trackable and insured shipping method. Note that we’re not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
